Wat Saket (The Golden Mount)
Wat Saket, also known as The Golden Mount, is a distinguished and revered temple in Bangkok blending spiritual essence and unparalleled city views. This historic temple is rooted in the Ayutthaya era and is notable for its unique golden chedi which is positioned atop an artificial hill and houses a sacred Buddha relic symbolizing a beacon of Buddhist spirituality.

The ascent is a serene experience, embellished with gilded foliage and tranquil bells and allows for peaceful reflection amidst the Bangkok city hustle.
This temple is also the host of the vibrant Loy Krathong festival which is a luminous event attracting a myriad of attendees eager to partake in the spiritual and visual spectacle of the candle-lit krathongs.
