The important terms and conditions for renting minivan with a driver :

  • The price of the rental minivan with a driver does NOT include gasoline, toll fees, parking fees or any other expenses related to the trip (the client is responsible for these expenses).
  • The number of passengers is limited to not exceed 13 people and the maximum speed must not exceed the speed limit on the particular road being travelled and not exceed the maximum limit of 100 km/hour.
  • The minivan rental service including a driver is for 10 hours per day … if the rental commences picking up the client at 08:00 AM then will end (dropping off the client) at 18:00 PM.
  • The overtime rate for exceeding the time limit is 300 Baht per hour.
  • If the rental commences in the morning then the earliest service time is 07:00 AM. If the rental commences earlier than 07:00 AM then an additional charge of 300 Baht per hour will apply for each hour before 07:00 AM.
  • If the rental commences in the afternoon then the latest service time is 21:00 PM. If the service extends beyond this time frame then an additional charge of 300 Baht per hour will apply.
  • If there is a trip to another province and the client has no accommodation arranged for the driver then the company will require an additional 600 Baht per night for the drivers accommodation. During this time, the driver must not work later than 21:00 PM (this allows the driver adequate rest and provide service the following day).
  • If travelling long distances, the driver is required to take a rest break every 3 hours.
  • Smoking (cigarettes or cannabis) is not permitted in the vehicle.
  • Drinking alcohol or using illegal drugs is not permitted in the vehicle.
  • Carrying illegal items is not permitted in the vehicle.
  • Traveling to dangerous areas such as flood zones, landslide zones, fire hazard areas or protest areas is not permitted.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is required to be payable in advance to secure the rental service.
  • After deposit has been paid then the balance of the total amount must be paid no later than one day before the start date of the rental service period.
  • If you need to cancel your trip or rental service after paying the deposit then you will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit only if the cancellation occurs 3 days or more prior to the start date. However, if the cancellation occurs less than 3 days before the start date then the company reserves the right not to refund the deposit.
  • In the event of cancellation or reduction of the rental days during the service period then the company will still charge the full amount agreed upon in the initial quotation.
