Q. What’s the best time of year to visit Thailand?
A. The cool season from November to February is the most popular and comfortable time to visit. However, you can tour Thailand year-round, keeping in mind the rainy season from July to October (different in some areas).

A. Thailand is generally safe for tourists. Group tours provide an added level of security and convenience, especially for first-time visitors.

Q. How big are the group tours?
A. The size of our group depends on the day. Some days have a small group of 2-9 people, while other days could accommodate 20 or more.
Q. How long does the one-day tour last?
A. Typically, a one-day group tour lasts from 8 to 12 hours, The tours start pickup in the morning, around 6:30 – 7:00, and end in the late afternoon or early evening.
Q. Is the tour guide English-speaking?
A. Yes, our local guide speaks English. We believe that clear communication enhances your travel experience.
Q. Do I need to tip the tour guide?
A. Tipping isn’t mandatory but is appreciated for good service. if you’re pleased with the service, it’s a nice gesture to tip.
Q. Are Meals Included?
A. Fullday tours include meals, and vegetarian food as options. (Halal food in Kanchanaburi are option)
Q. Is street food safe to eat during the tour?
A. Thailand’s street food is renowned worldwide. While many tourists enjoy it without any issues, it’s essential to choose vendors that look clean and are popular with locals. If you’re unsure, ask our guide.
Q. Are the tours kid-friendly?
A. Most of our tours are suitable for children, but please check the specific tour description or contact us for more details.
Q. What’s the mode of transportation during the tour?
A. For our tour, we use an air-conditioned minibus. This ensures a comfortable, convenient, and smooth journey from one destination to the next.
Q. What should I wear/bring on the tour?
A. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking. For temple visits, modest attire covering shoulders and knees is required. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle!
Q. What happens in the case of very bad weather?
A. If a tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, we’ll try to reschedule or offer a full refund. Safety is our top priority.
Q. Do I need to book in advance?
A. While we do accept last-minute bookings based on availability, we recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure your preferred date.
Q. What are the payment options?
A. We accept cash on the morning of the tour (dependent on the tour and applicable for small group sizes only) or advance online payments through credit/debit cards via the payment link.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Payments for tours – All payments are non refundable.
Q. Can I change the date of my tour?
A. Yes, you can change the date of your tour, subject to availability.
