GTA05 – Ayutthaya, Tuk Tuk, Boat trip and Watching Elephant Bathing – Group Tour

Group Tour Itinerary –

06:15-07:00 Pick up from your hotel in Bangkok and travel to the meeting point at Khaosan Road in Bangkok.

07:15 Depart from the meeting point at Khaosan Road and travel to Ayutthaya Ancient City.

09:15 Visit Wat Yai Chaimongkhon which was built by king U-Thong in 1357 for meditation.and visit Wat Mahathat the famous sand-stone Ayutthaya-style head of the Buddha image in a tree’s root.

10:45 Take Tuk Tuk to the pier and take a Long-Tail Boat to visit Wat Chaiwatthanaram, Wat Phutthaisawan & Wat Phanan Choeng and on the way enjoy watching Elephant Bathing in the River.

13.00 Thai Lunch at a local restaurant.

14.00 visit Wat Phu Khao Thong which is located just outside the city of Ayutthaya.

14:30 Depart from Ayutthaya to return to Bangkok.

16:00-16:30 Arrive back in Bangkok at Khaosan Road or Sam Yot MRT train station (upon request).

Remark : The itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic and/or weather conditions.

Dress code –

Cover your shoulders and knees : Both men and women should ensure that their shoulders, arms and knees are covered. This means wearing clothing that extends below the knee and covers the shoulders. Sleeveless tops, shorts and short skirts should be avoided.
